ARTE TV: Ukraine: childhoods confiscated

Since 2014 and especially after the general invasion of February 2022, thousands of Ukrainian children have been deported to Russia, torn from their families and subjected to a systematic policy of identity erasure. Behind the returns organized today, there is a war crime denounced by Ukraine and which earns Vladimir Putin an arrest warrant issued by the ICC, the International Criminal Court. In Kyiv, associations are trying to repair the consequences of a large-scale indoctrination strategy.
