International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children Welcomes Monaco

Monaco has joined the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children.

This was announced during a side event held as part of the 32nd session of the OSCE Ministerial Council, dedicated to Russia’s indoctrination and militarization of Ukrainian children. The event took place on 4–5 December in Vienna.

“Reaffirming its commitment to international law and its solidarity with Ukraine and its people, Monaco will join the International Coalition for the Return of Ukrainian Children,” said Isabelle Berro-Amadeï, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Monaco.

As of today, the Coalition comprises 46 participants: 43 countries, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, the Council of Europe, and the European Union.
