Four more Ukrainian children were rescued from Russian-occupied territory last weekend

Another victory for the Presidential initiative Bring Kids Back UA and our partners at Save Ukraine.

Every rescued child has a heartbreaking yet powerful story. Those who remain under occupation witness Russia’s crimes against humanity and childhood, making it essential for the world to hear their voices.

17-year-old Oleh refused to bow to Russian occupation despite pressure and fear. He openly resisted forced Russification at school. One night, he and a friend reached an enemy checkpoint, splashed paint on the concrete barriers, and wrote: “Glory to the Armed Forces of Ukraine!”

15-year-old twins Yeva and Yehor survived occupation thanks to the bravery of their grandfather, who was their legal guardian. He stood his ground against Russian authorities, refusing to send them to a Russian school and insisting they would study online—even under constant threats that they would be taken away.

10-year-old Mykyta lost both parents in an enemy attack. He was at risk of being separated from his only remaining family, his grandmother, and sent to an orphanage. Fortunately, she quickly sought help from Save Ukraine, ensuring his safe return. Now, both are finally free.

We are deeply grateful to our partners Save Ukraine, WeAreAllUkrainians, and Reload Love for their unwavering support in this mission.
