Thanks to the coordinated efforts of Save Ukraine and Bring Kids Back UA, four Ukrainian children have been successfully returned to Ukraine from the temporarily occupied territories.
While under Russian occupation, these children faced severe challenges and threats. Forced to attend Russian schools, they were constantly under pressure to avoid being taken from their parents and deported to Russia. At school, they were subjected to heavy propaganda, with educators telling them that Ukraine no longer exists and attempting to erase their Ukrainian identity, including discouraging the use of the Ukrainian language.
Thankfully, these children are now free from occupation and can live safely in their homeland, away from the fear of persecution.
